This was my first deep tissue massage, I have had different ones before. I had a lot of tension around my shoulders and neck and this treatment, was great. I felt it got some of the tension out and I have block booked for another 5 massages, but going for therapeutic ones, on their advice.

What an absolutely blissful treatment! Laura was fantastic, explained everything really well and left me feeling extremely relaxed. I highly recommend Body and Mind - I don't live particularly locally but would far rather spend 40 minutes driving to get here than go to one of my local salons as the experience is so great.
