This is a very cosy salon in a convenient location and despite being 10 minutes early for my pedicure, I was seen to straight away. However, despite this, my pedicure (inc. removal) took over 1h40 which is a lot longer than I would expect for this treatment. The beautician I had also seemed slightly distracted at times, answering calls on loudspeaker on her phone, which for me spoiled the ambience and experience. Overall the treatment was very slow and I would rather my previous gels were soaked off rather than filed off with an electrical device.

I arrived feeling extremely uncomfortable and tight in my neck and under a rib. My colleague recommended Lauren who made an absolutely amazing difference. Did feel bruised straight after but so worth it as the benefits have been amazing since 😁

My nails look amazing and I am super happy with the experience! The chairs were super comfortable, and although they didn’t have a pedicure chair, they still had a foot spa and did an amazing job!
