Painless!!! I’m rubbish at waxing with a zero pain threshold but Stephanie done a great job with literally zero pain. She done such a thorough job as well and was very professional throughout. Hollywood in Bodysilk is more expensive than a few around but it’s worth every penny. I’ve been going here for the last year and have never been disappointed.

Diana was very welcoming and the treatment room was ambient & relaxing. The full body massage was firm, thorough and Diana checked in at regular intervals to ask if the pressure was right. A very pleasant experience and I will definitely be returning next time I want to treat myself.
