I had an absolutely amazing massage at Body and Soul and would definitely go back. The ambience was perfect, lovely dimmed lighting and relaxing music and very little background noise, to the extent that I actually fell asleep during my treatment! I can’t remember the lady’s name who massaged me, but the massage was incredible and I will definitely go back again.

What a professional team- managed by someone who really cares that all her clients are aware of what treatments are able to achieve. I have been visiting Body & Soul for about 11 years and my experiences have been consistent throughout that time. The treatments are excellent and the staff are very friendly and really accommodating.

Beautiful and tranquil environment. Friendly staff who are very attentive. Have never had any issues with any of the treatments and they have always been very relaxing and professional.
