Rupi is a very professional, friendly and fast waxer. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience. Have now found my permanent waxing place!

The lady doing the waxing was nice & polite but the method she uses for waxing is a bit awkward. I’ve always had “Brazilian wax” where they start with your butt where you are positioned on your knees and arms for ease of access but in this place she starts with your hooha in the front they asks you to raise your legs in the air so wax your butt...very awkward! Also she stays in the room when you’re taking your pants off and you are given nothing to freshen up! It is very expavine too...I always got my Brazilian wax done in Peterborough and it was £30 and you can have everything off by your choice but this lady charges you £40 which is very expensive considering the way she offers the service! This lady was very nice but I had to keep asking her to clean up the back area as well!
