Friendly, professional and really impressed with the hot wax. I highly recommended over strips. I do feel however the leg wax was rushed leaving bits of hairs every where.

Not the greatest experience. I was recommended this place by a colleague, so I looked on the app that there was a 17:20 appointment. This is perfect for me to get to after work.
I arrived at about 17:15, the lady thought I was late and my appointment should have been at 5. I explained my appointment was at 5:20.
They lady then spent the rest of my appointment complaining that they shut at 5 on Mondays and I should have booked for another day. She also mentioned that she had an appointment at 5:30 that she was now going to be late for.
This was my first time at this place, all I saw was the availability on the Treatwell app and booked an available appointment.
The wax was fine, she struggled to remove some hair and repeatedly went over the same spot again and again until I told her it was fine to stop as it was beginning to hurt.
