Welcome to Body.wrk, within Crossgates Chiropody & Therapy Centre, Leeds, run by Tom. Your friendly neighbourhood sports massage therapist. He has spent the last 10 years as a graphic designer. He has always been interested in anatomy and stretching, more so once he hit 30 and everything started to HURT. Yoga has been a big part of his life and he sees great reward in daily stretching. He uses a combination of strength training, massage and stretching to help alleviate aches and pains. Now that he's a qualified sports massage therapist, he understands why he hurts and the best way to help fix these issues. He's here to help people from all walks of life, whether a runner, gymnast, dancer, gym goer, office worker or dog walker. Everyone can benefit from postural assessment, stretching guidance, and regular massage to keep their body tension-free so they can enjoy their hobbies to the fullest.
