I'm aware this is a new place so wanted to give it a chance. The venue itself were nice and the staff friendly, but the treatment was terrible. Worst wax I've ever had. It took over an hour for leg and bikini, and there were still patches missing that I had to identify multiple times. The 'shaping' of the bikini line at the end was terrible - like the practitioner had never seen a wax before. I was left with bruising and a lot of hair leftover. I can't recommend this place at all.

I went for a neck, shoulder and back massage. I wasnt too impressed with the massage I asked to focus on certain points as I was having a few aches but it didn't help at all and I the parts I asked to be focused on werent. I wouldn't go here for a massage. the outside looks completely different but going inside it was amazing and clean and the staff were really friendly.
