The staff and atmosphere here was lovely which gave me a lot of hope, however, this was the worst Hollywood wax I’ve ever had. She didn’t really seem to know what she was doing. I was left bruised, which has never happened to me before in the many years I’ve been having my bikini line waxed and she also left a lot of hair behind despite growth being long enough.

Beautician was good. Receptionist staff: called me earlier in the day as they got my appointment time wrong. They don't accept cards, so I paid by cash, they gave me less change than I was due - hopefully this was a genuine mistake...

Clean & modern inside, don’t be put off by the door from the outside. Really thorough beautician who took her time & made sure I was happy. Will go back from eyebrow thread & tint 100%
