I attended BodyBest for a LVL lash lift and tint. The venue was spacious and clean and the receptionist was very inviting. However, having never had this treatment before the technician did not greet me or ask if I had any questions and started the treatment straight away with no explanation on what she was doing. Once the treatment was done I was shown the results. I was super impressed with one eye, my lashes were much darker and curled upwards so much longer but I could barely tell any difference on the other eye. When I mentioned this to the technician I was told it was just where she had brushed the lashes out. I took her word for it but several days later, the effect is still the same, with one eye looking amazing, and the other looks normal. This is actually worse because now my face looks lopsided! Perhaps this is just my lashes but I felt like the technician didn’t address my concerns and I’ve come away feeling more self conscious about my lashes. Very disappointing as this was a rare treat to myself.
