Thank you Tatiana is a lovely young lady I usually have my treatments done by. She is very professional and kind, I always feel welcomed and relaxed. I even get updates on the latest beauty and treatment trends, Tatiana never fails to deliver the treatments to the highest standard and satisfaction. The Body craft treatment room in Holiday Inn hotel, Westfield shopping center, London Stratford is very conveniently located and easy to reach, offering vast choice of beauty treatments. I booked a package for me and my partner to have several treatments, and was not disappointed the staff were very friendly and welcoming and Tatiana was more than accommodating. The perfect start as we had a big night planned and this got us off to the best start. She was great and i will be definitely be coming back. thank you tatiana

I went to Bodycraft for a pedicure and full leg and Hollywood wax. Tatiana was really professional and friendly and honestly it was the best wax I have ever had. Minimum pain and she made it fun! I will definitely be returning :)
