Good service, efficient, friendly and in very calm, clean and ambient treatment rooms, wax very good too, good value, would recommend!
This was the first time I have had a facial and so was nervous of what to expect but I needn't have worried as the beautician explained the treatment and was very conscientious when she described what would work well for my skin. I had a very relaxing experience and my skin felt incredibly soft afterwards. I will certainly be rebooking further facials and recommend it.

It's a simple treatment room in the hotel but there as a good set of treatments that are very well priced - delivered well.
Amazing is the only word to describe this place. It's the only place I will go to get waxed. The beautician is friendly, empathetic and knows exactly what she is doing. The treat room room is clean and you leave feeling brand-spanking new
