Once I took my fitness to the next level (moving from unstructured 3-4 times a week gym sessions to intense structured work programmes 5-6 times a week) minor injuries, muscle strain became more often. Besides being an office worker and hunching over my laptop doesn't do well to my back either. Joe really does a good job releasing the muscle strain and back pains. And he can definitely do a massage with good pressure as I prefer a proper deep tissue rather than patted on the back type of a thing :)
