Awful experience all round. Was told they cannot do a 60 min back neck and shoulder massage and had to be full body- I didn’t want a full body. Then the masseuse opened the door during my massage and didn’t close it until to asked her to. There was then some distressing noises coming from the building that disrupted the whole massage and made it even more uncomfortable.
