The previous appointment was running slightly late so we had to wait in the sitting area. However it was a very bright room with high ceilings so was fine. Masseuse's were great and for a first timer made me feel at ease. I have really stiff shoulders and upper arms so left feeling surprisingly better.

The venue is basic but clean, and the staff is lovely. My reflexology massage was thorough and very relaxing. Great value for money!
