Please do not come here for a wax...They are so inexperienced, it was so clear the lady had no clue what she was doing. She was ripping at my skin throughout - I've been to many waxing places in my time and I've never experienced such a painful wax! Just so bad, will not be coming here again.

I had been to Thai London Therapy Battersea before. The massage was amazing but the lady was there on her own so kept having to leave the room if someone came to the front door. She was also running late so it made the appointment 5 minutes shorter.

Lovely visit - they were very friendly and professional. It's a bare but comfortable space. The room was a bit cold but they put a heater on - which disrupted the massage a bit but made the temperature good. At one point the door was open with another staff member outside which made me a little uncomfortable but wasn't a major issue. Overall a good massage and nice friendly surroundings.
