The treatment was fine
Treatwell was a terrible booking system that allowed us to book two treatments at 3pm then changed these to 3pm and 4pm without informing us until less than 24h until the treatment was due, at which point it was too late to cancel. I am expecting a refund of £45 and would be grateful for your response

Clean venue, my therapist was timeous, professional and friendly. The massage was done with attention.

Great massage. The person was wonderful, very responsive and knowledgeable. My only complaint was one of the employees was in the hallway talking really loud for some of it. Sort of ruined the ambience but nothing terrible.
