Nice venue and polite staff but they were running pretty late. Also I paid for a sports massage. I have them regularly but the massage I got definitely wasn't a sports massage. It's was more of a Thai massage but it wasn't the best. A bit disappointing.

had a polite email asking if I could come 30mins earlier than my appointment time, the day before, got there ASAP as came by train outside London which was fine, still had full 1.5hrs if not a bit longer! Massage was lovely, especially hot stone, although a little hard on pressure for my husband:)
