It is located within a hairdressers so it can get quite noisy but all in all the massage was amazing. Two very kind and welcoming women performed the couples massage and they were so attentive and keen to please. I left thoroughly relaxed and they got every single kink out of our backs. We even arrived an hour late due to car trouble and they still Worked with us to fit is in. Excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend others.

The treatment was fine
Treatwell was a terrible booking system that allowed us to book two treatments at 3pm then changed these to 3pm and 4pm without informing us until less than 24h until the treatment was due, at which point it was too late to cancel. I am expecting a refund of £45 and would be grateful for your response
