The treatment itself was very painful and the wax they use didn’t work very well for me. Going over the same are multiple times has ripped my skin and left the area bleeding and very sore.

The lady was very attentive and professional. The reason I have marked the ambience 4 instead of 5 starts is because I have been to other places where here is a TV or relaxing music on during the treatment so it adds that extra something in case you need it to make the experience less traumatic.
