The pregnancy massage I had with Sheena was amazing! I was worried that as it was a pregnancy massage it would be very light, but the pressure was perfect and I could definitely feel my muscles being worked. Sheena asked me which areas needed working on, and suggested some stretches after for problem areas. She asked me which oils I preferred and the overall ambience was very relaxing.
