Lovely clean bright clinic and the staff are extremely friendly and put you right at ease, really good long opening hours which is helpful when you have a demanding job. I will definitely be returning!

Bodytonic is a great venue, very clean and friendly, however, the wax I received today was not up to their usual standard. Lots of wax pieces were left on me, no lotion to get rid of the stickiness and also it wasn’t a clean wax (some hairs left). It just felt super rushed and I’m not sure why

I expected a bit more for the price I paid. I arrived much earlier to my 1 hour appointment at 2pm, yet we started the assessment at 2:00. She basically started the massage at 2:10 but I was already asked to get dressed at 2:52pm. Not very happy about that.
