Jo was brilliant. She really helped loosen my shoulders and back with the massage and get rid of the stiffness I was experiencing. I’ve felt so much better since. Extremely knowledgeable in what she’s doing. Very comforting place. I will definitely be going back and look forward to it. I would highly recommend her to anyone experiencing similar problems.

I booked a sports massage this am off the cuff because I run daily and chose Bodywork Therapies by Jo because of its high reviews. Six years ago I broke my spine in three places and since have had a lot of unwanted tension in my neck that I assumed was just how my neck would be for the rest of my left. After carefully assessing my needs, Jo gave me a bespoke treatment that released my neck. It was so amazing to feel normal after six years I cried with happiness! Could not have had a better day!
