I'm a typical Londoner. I want things, I buy things. Done. It's all about instant gratification. The fact that I'm prepared to wait six months for a massage session with Ben proves what a wonderful therapist he is - if he was anything less than perfect, I'd have found a replacement by now. I am delighted that Ben is back in London again because my aching muscles have really missed him! You may be able to get a slightly cheaper massage elsewhere, but you won't find one where the therapist uses the same skilful technique and that's what makes BodyWorks, Fitness & Massage Therapy value for money. You get results.
Ben is the only massage therapist I've come across who can make an intense deep tissue massage feel relaxing, whilst also working out knots. He works from home and I know some people do prefer traditional spa environments, but believe me, when Ben is working on your muscles, you'll realise how unimportant the location is to the treatment.
Wholeheartedly recommend Ben and BodyWorks, Fitness & Massage Therapy!

I have been a regular of Ben's for a few years now i think (how time flies!). I have thoroughly enjoyed and benefitted from every visit.
I usually have an Indian Head Massage and full body massage, and every time i leave i feel as though Ben has managed to 'iron me out'. I feel rested, pampered and (almost) 21 again! I once had a facial as well, which was perfectly executed and made me look as though i actually sleep sometimes, which as a terrible sleeper was no small achievement!
He operates from his very warm and tidy flat, which sounded unusual at first, but it works perfectly, and the flat is always clean and welcoming. I once had a pre-treatment shower, and found his bathroom as sparkling and pleasant as my own. The treatment room is warm, comfortable and fit-to-purpose.
Ben himself is very friendly, and very much comfortable in his own skin. Always a comfort when you're about to strip to your pants in front of a stranger! He is always very clean and presentable, from styled quiff to pedicured toe, and very definitely knows what he is doing.
I recommend him wholeheartedly, and look forward to my next visit.

I always go for Deep Tissue massage and leave his place as completely a new person. I would recommend him to anyone!!!

The facial treatment was great! Ben is very professional, nice and makes you feel comfortable and relax as soon as you arrive. The products he uses are amazing, 100% natural and with wondeful fragrances. The music was very relaxing and the overall ambiance also. I would definitely recommend him!
