The room had big damp patch stains over the ceiling. The bed was ok while lying on my back but uncomfortable when lying on my front - no hole for face. The masseuse was very pleasant and friendly but I was asked which areas I was having trouble with and these areas were massaged for the least time, my shoulders were completely missed out. I wasn’t asked how strong I wanted the massage and was just given a very gentle massage. Too long was spent massaging my legs, won’t be returning.

Gemma is a lovely girl, pleasant, polite and very welcoming, she listens to what you want and is very persist, i always book in advance so that i know that she deals with me
