I waited with another 2 customers unclear why, 2 members of staff came in late. 10 mins of our appointment was taken to a side room, was cramped and asked to get on a bed with head of the bed next to a door at a room that clearly not great arrangement. To them be told I couldn’t have a Tint because not had a patch test, because of reaction not the care for the wax or the girl who was so heavy handed, i also explained I needed them shaping, they look shocking I took my £2 refund, just wow
