Had a great experience! Graeme talked me through everything he was going to do, which made the whole appointment feel really relaxing. He was thorough, and the place itself had a lovely, calming atmosphere. My scalp feels so fresh and clean, and my hair is super soft. I’ll definitely be returning!

First time going to Body Zen and was impressed by the personal welcome by Graeme. The room and equipment was clean to a high standard which created confidence. Graeme was very friendly and easy to talk to. The massage process was explained at each stage as was the treatment he was going to provide.I will be going back again next week for further treatment. Would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my deep tissue sports massage with Greame! He made me feel very comfortable and got straight into areas of my back that are knotted. He used a variety of massage techniques that were incredibly effective, as I felt a real difference especially the next day in regards to loosening of muscle groups and improved mobility in my shoulders. I'd strongly recommend giving him a go!
