Most amazing Indian Head massage with shoulders, back and face this morning. Graeme is very empathic knowing exactly the right pressure to use but still checking that everything is comfortable as it progresses. The knots that were in my neck and shoulders are gone. I felt really relaxed but energised as well. Thank you so much once again

Exceptional Deep tissue massage from Graeme for severe tendinitis.
Before the treatment the pain was agony, afterwards I felt amazing and could move so much more freely.

Only booked a 30 minute massage, owing to work commitments.
Wow, what an experience, absolutely exceeded my expectations 💯
I went back to work refreshed mind body and soul ready to crack on with all the challenges of the day.
Apart from feeling a lot better physically, I was also much more focused and diligent.
Will be getting regular massage with body zen brighton to be the best version of me possible.
