My balayage appointment with Paula was amazing. She was super nice and easy to talk to and took lots of care and time while doing my hair. She helped to manage my expectations and took time to listen and ask questions about what I wanted. Lovely salon too! I love my hair.

Paula is kind, welcoming, talented and really listens to what her client wants but will also give honest answers as to what is achievable and ensure you understand the best course of action for healthy hair.
The other stylist and assistants were welcoming and inclusive. Making sure you joined in the various conversations and had all you need whilst the treatment was developing.
The salon chairs, workstations and backwash were sanitised after every use so the salon felt clean and safe.
