Dean worked on the areas that needed attention very thoroughly. I feel much more relaxed, with much less tension in my shoulders and neck. Excellent massage.
Had an Indian Head Massage and Reflexology. It was the most relaxing massage I've ever had. I really struggled to stay awake. The oil they used made my hair beautifully soft after washing. Similarly, my feet felt amazing. The service was super-friendly and relaxed but professional. If I had one complaint, it would be that it was advertised as including face massage (one of the reasons I chose it) but there was none. But this may have been because I asked if it included shoulder massage and she said not but that she could incorporate it. Perhaps she swapped face for shoulders.
Very poor I was booked in for eyebrows to be waxed I had the most small bit of wax done the the rest was plucked I asked why this is being done like this I was told this is how it gets done I replied I have never had I done like this before I could have done that myself and I was sat in a chair in the waiting room when all this took place
A nice and friendly place with nice staff. The staff member who carried out my bikini wax would benefit from more training in waxing short hair.
I had a mini manicure and it was done with care and attention. The girls with helpful and chatty.
