Very pleasant and relaxing, I enjoyed the whole experience. As it was my first treatment, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Therapist knew her stuff and we discussed other treatment options.

I arrived at the salon in plenty of time for my appointment. I was kept waiting for over 20 minutes no apology or explanation. The therapist did not seem to want to engage in any conversation. The treatment was rushed no consultation took place and was not asked what I wanted which I find strange. The salon was not welcoming I was half heartedly greeted by a hair stylist who had no interest in the other customers in the shop. Very poor as 1st visit certainly wont be recommending or returning.
