nice facial, the staff was very nice and kind. good experience overall, just a bit pricey but that is generally London market price.

I hadn't had a wax in a while, so was a bit worried. However, the therapist was very professional and made the wax not painful. She was also very nice and the nice chat helped not think about the pain. Very good experience!
