I don’t know what magic the wrap did. My skin felt great. She exfoliated my skin. Massaged my head. Now I struggle to get to sleep on a night. I was asleep by 10pm and slept through and that rarely happens to me. So all I can say is thank you Paula because for me to sleep like that you must have done something right. Also lovely music in the room was relaxing. If you need to destress please book this
