I get sugaring done at Bonjour Belle and am usually happy with it, but the last time I went I was very disappointed. When I arrived they whisked me straight into the treatment room with no "hello" or anything, then did an unusually quick job of it and left loads of hairs! I ended up shaving when I got home so it was a complete waste of money! Unfortunately I will be going somewhere else now

Visiting Bonjour Belle is always a great experience. It's a lovely venue with a nice atmosphere and decor, the staff are friendly and welcoming and Kavita who does my sugaring treatment is lovely. She's very knowledgeable and experienced, always puts me at my ease and she is efficient and thorough. I always feel good after attending the salon and highly recommend it.

It was not what I expected at all. My eyelashes got curled downward and most of it is falling off within 3days. I’ve never had such a terrible experience and would never come back. I need a refund.
