Worst sugaring treatment I've had. I came in for a Full Leg Wax and a Hollywood with Kavita. She managed to leave behind giant sections completely unsugared. The sides of my thighs each have a wide strip of hair from hips to knees. Knees unsugared. There are loads of random missed patches everywhere. Also, during my app, a nail client of hers called & left a voicemail unhappy with the nail service she received. Bad look. Attention to detail is not a priority here.
