I can't believe so many people have had a good experience here! I had a Hollywood in August and am still recovering from the ingrown hairs! And it wasn't even smooth, there were a lot of stubbly broken hairs left. I've had many waxes and it always hurts to en extent but hers was agonizing, always a bad sign, and she kept telling me I found it painful because I hadn't had enough sleep! Which was untrue and a load of nonsense anyway. Her room was cramped and messy and loud because of the gym next door. Would not recommend at all!

Positive experience. Bonnie has been really nice and very professional. The result is almost perfect! The location was a little noisy because of the gym, and the room very small and untidy because is moving to an other office. I will come back for sure!

bonnie is brilliant. Best wax I've had in London for a long while....no ingrown hairs, just good conversation. She's moving to a new place soon which should improve the ambiance. Highly recommended.

Great location near Camden Town, small room but completely suited for the purpose. Bonnie is a star and looks to understand where your aches and pains may be coming from whilst soothing them in your allotted time :)
