Bonnie was very friendly and kind. The location is within a gym so could do with some signage outside. The service room was very small and multi-functional, certainly not a spa-type experience if that's what you're hoping for; but functional nonetheless. The waxing was good- I am accustomed to quick, 15min treatments, so 30min with different wax types was a bit unexpected.

Didn't seem to know how to use hot wax.. didnt put it on thickly so all came off in small amounts making it hugely painful. Did not seem to think there was a problem with how the treatment went and instead said I must be stressed and that was why it hurt so much.

I have visited Bonnie before, and that's why I chose to come back. She always gives me a good and thorough wax, and gives good advice about aftercare etc... She is super friendly and very chatty, which is a plus when you're having an intimate wax! The only downside of it is that the room is quite small and in a busy noisy gym, would be much better if she was located somewhere else. BUT- it is still worth the visit!
