absolutely shocking…
customer service is disgusting
work they carried out was vile left me with orange hair to the point a family member had to ring and say what on earth has happened to my hair. complete change in vibe after that phone call. very very rude staff . gave me a junior stylist who clearly has no idea what she’s doing.
will not be returning !!!

Charged me for senior cut and blo yet the junior did it. When I got home I had to straighten my hair again because it was so frizzy. Had to sit and listen to the senior calling a client to other clients about there orange hair and bad hair cut.
