I wasnt too happy with the haircut but have to take into consideration that it was first day opening after lockdown.
Infection control in place but not followed by all staff, majority followed this.
If I go again then I would choose different stylist but understand we all have to start somewhere to progress.
A struggle if staff wearing mask for clients who are deaf, would advise clear face shield, luckily I have an app on the phone I could use to communicate
