I had my hair curled for an event. The appointment was 45 minutes but I was done after 10, which isn't a bad thing. However, I found an area that needed redoing but the hair dresser had already left early and there was noone to ask. The staff were all friendly and I was offered a refreshment at the start.

haircut and blow dry was great. girl suggested a treatment because my hair has broken and it worked a treat. also, the girl that does the brows takes so much pride in what she does and really goes out of her way to explain what you can do to regrow brows of needed x
