Looking for a new hairdresser, I booked an appointment at Bonnies based on the glowing reviews. Unfortunately I don't think I had the particular stylist that everyone is referring to. I received no consultation what so ever, resulting in both a cut and finish, that I did not want and was not happy with. I had a textbook long layered, straight across the bottom cut when I went into the salon, but the stylists unusual cutting technique and disregard for what I wanted, resulted in a V-cut with very uneven layering. I asked her to revisit this layering at the end of the service, however it only got worse. For this reason I did not point out any of the other elements that I was unhappy with, wanting to leave the salon before getting upset.

I’m very happy with my haircut, the salon is clean and my stylist was friendly, I will definitely go back again for my next cut
