I requested a deep tissue massage and was advised to ask the therapist for a strong massage, which I did. However, the therapist kept alternating between light pressure and Thai techniques. Despite politely asking for more intensity, she told me to request another therapist next time, claiming she was the most qualified. To make matters worse, I noticed several bruises 24 hours later. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
