Very disappointing experience. I booked a deep tissue massage but there was a lot of stretching/movements rather than the massage I had paid for.
My biggest concern was privacy.
The towel was being thrown up in the air constantly while my body was being moved, resulting in my body being unnecessarily exposed and making me feel extremely uncomfortable.
Overall, the experience was rushed, unprofessional and not what I expected from a professional treatment.

Kate looked after me well. She could tell I had a lot of shoulder tension and did what she could to release it.
The combination of Thai and swedish and the use of hot stones and hot cloths made it varied.

The atmosphere and process requires more enhancements to match the level of Thai spas. For example, in Thai spas they have a welcome drink. Then they start with feet wash. The atmosphere is very calming in the massage rooms. But overall it’s a good experience .
