I used to love this place, but after a bad massage and an even worse response, I won’t return. The therapist didn’t provide the treatment I paid for at all and used painful pressure, and my body was showing but then I had to ask them to ease up. When I contacted the salon, they dismissed my feedback with claims that simply weren’t true. Their £5 voucher felt insulting rather than helpful.
