Jem is the perfect combination of friendly and competent. The wax was efficient and (almost) painless! The massage was amazing. I was a bit stressed and Jem managed to smooth out some nasty knots, nice combination of Thai and traditional with a good stretch at the end. I floated home! Thanks Jem :)

I normally love this particular massage and maseaus but the oil was a little cold this time and the massage wasn’t as varied as it has been previously. Still very good though!
