Jem is a fantastic professional and such a pleasant person! She is clearly an expert in her craft and just a delight to chat with. I've been going to Jem for waxing for about a year now and I've never had a remotely bad experience. The treatment is very reasonably priced and the place is great very central. I'd recommend her any time!
