I got the 90 min deep tissue full body massage and as it was my first time receiving this kind of treatment, having previously received a more classic massage elsewhere, I knew that I needed a much stronger hand to work out all the knots. Jem did her best and the massage definitely loosened up a lot of the tension in my body, although I will probably need to come back more regularly to get rid of the tension completely. Nevertheless, I definitively recommend doing it.
