I was really quite apprehensive as it was the first time here. Jem is such a lovely caring lady who put me at ease right away. She did a test patch, after checking I was not allergic to the wax, Jem asked me if I was ok to begin. Jem was very attentive. Jem did a great job. The after care advice she gave me was so very helpful. I would very much recommend Jem 100% Thank you Jem.
