Jem was lovely. Very reassuring. My wax has turned out amazingly with no hair left behind and no rash/trauma to the skin, which I have experienced quite a few times.
It was a quite painful getting the wax on as it was dragging my hair, and the use of the paper towel at the end could have been a lot more gentle. I was too shy to say in the moment though and I'm sure would have adjusted if I had said.

Jem was great! She wasn’t just working on autopilot but focussed on areas that needed extra attention. My shoulders feel so much better. Past experiences of releasing deep muscle tension have left me bruised and sore - not so with jem! She did a really great job and I will definitely be coming back!
