Excellent, great pressure. Jem really can do "deep" tissue, getting into those knotted tight muscles. I had a 90 minute session, she tailored it to focus on any problem areas, causing pain or stiffness. Polite and friendly. Didn't talk during the massage, told me prior that this would be the case, she believes it makes you relax properly. There was music playing in the background, I wouldn't say it was relaxing, it was odd, I'm not sure what it was? Maybe whale noises at some point? I would definitely go back. It'd like to try the lymphatic massage next time. Jem was happy to answer my questions about the treatment and was able to advise.
