I was really disappointed with this treatment as I had read such great reviews! I arrived on time and it was lovely, great reception area, and lovely ambience. Quickly I realised that Jem was stressed as she was slightly behind time (about 15 mins), I could hear her taking bookings on the phone, and there was no-one else around. I wrote on my form that I wanted the treatment for relaxation so it was no surprise to her that I needed to unwind. However she was very wound up the entire treatment and seemed as if she just wanted me to get out the door and her to get her next client. The actual massage pressure was great (I've had quite a few Swedish massages to compare to) but Jem's movements were very stressed out and made me even more tense - she even had to open the door to other clients in the middle of my massage as it was Saturday and no-one else was working. I was going to say something at the time but she had other clients in the waiting area and I felt it wasn't appropriate. However the more I thought about it, I would want to know what I was walking into after reading all the great reviews I feel as though it was a waste of my money - especially as I saved up and only had one day to relax! Make sure not to book a Saturday!

It was fantastic, it was my first ever bikini wax and the woman was so wonderful, she made me feel so calm. We even joked about how painful the wax could be throughout. The salon is so gorgeous and the ambience was absolutely lovely. I would 100% recommend it anybody

super accommodating especially since I was running late but got a great wax done, no pain and am left with a lively smooth finish. very professional and not at all uncomfortable. would definitely recommend and will be back when I need re-waxing!
